Galbi stir-fry

Serves 2

200g thinly sliced beef ideally sirloin
(Or you choice of meat)
4 tbsp. Galbi sauce
2tsp toasted sesame oil (optional)
2 spring onions finely chopped
1 bell pepper thinly sliced
50g shitake mushrooms sliced
(or your own choice of vegetables)
1 tsp. minced ginger

Method

  1. Season beef and rub in 2 tbsp. of Yogiyo Galbi sauce, leave to marinate ideally for 30min.
  2. Heat oil a wok and then add spring onions and ginger. Fry on a low heat for 2 mins until soft.
  3. Add the beef turn up heat to high and stir-fry for 2 mins, add vegetables srit for a further minute
  4. Add remaining sauce and stir fry until any water is evaporated and sauce looks slight caramelised
