400g beef sirloin or rump
5 tbsp galbi sauce
4 tsbp Yogiyo Gochujang
5 spring onions thinly sliced
1 carrot chopped into matchsticks
1 courgette thinly chopped
handful of shiitake mushrooms
handful of oyster mushrooms
Approx 1O00ml Beef stock
(enough to cover vegetables)
Method
- Coat beef with Galbi sauce and marinate for 30 minutes
- Arrange vegetables around the side of a deep pan or pot and place marinated beef. pour the Gochujang over vegetables
- Pour beef stock and bring to the boil
- Turn the heat down, cover and simmer for 15- 20 minutes
- Serve with rice
